Many of Tokyo’s famous hotels are adjacent to Japanese gardens. Prince Hotel and New Otani are famous places for those in the know. It’s been three years since I last landed at Haneda Airport. By mid-November, London is already in the middle of winter, whereas Tokyo still has plenty of light.
