Review: Hilton Yokohama
I came to Hilton Yokohama, which just opened in September 2023. I was surprised that it was completely different from the Yokohama Station area that I remembered. The building itself has just been completed, and everything is brand new, making it feel like you’re visiting the city for the first time.

The interior has a black and white palette, with gold decorative metal accents, creating a calm atmosphere with a sense of luxury. The interior of the hotel is unified in an Art Deco style, and the patterns on the carpets and the elegance of the lighting are captivating.

Our guest room was upgraded and we were given a river view executive room. The bedroom, washroom, and bathroom were spacious and I was able to spend a very relaxing time here.

I was looking forward to using the lounge many times to take a break and have breakfast, and the Art Deco furnishings created a wonderful atmosphere, especially during cocktail hours.

We recommend stopping by before or after dinner, but at other times, you can browse the beautiful books lined up on the bookshelves and use it like a study.

Useful information
If the Hilton hotels in Tokyo are fully booked, Yokohama is also close to Haneda Airport, so it’s convenient if you’re starting from Haneda Airport. However, in the case of the Shinkansen, it is difficult to transfer from Shin-Yokohama with large luggage to a conventional line, so a taxi may be a better way to get around.
